About the Bride and Groom
Grace is a recovering Hoosier, erstwhile Washingtonian, and lifelong francophile. A professional do-gooder, she is a student at NYU Wagner, but still finds time to volunteer and launch Latch, a breastfeeding advocacy startup. She's also an avid cook (thank goodness Kenny doesn't mind doing dishes) and an occasional knitter. Grace considers it her duty to keep the print media industry afloat and buys far more magazines than she has time to read.
Grace loves Kenny for his kind heart, unending patience, and unflappably calm demeanor. She's certain that he might be a cyborg sent to make the world a happier place with his infectious full-body laugh and ability to make everyone feel at ease when he's around. That said, when she has moments away from Kenny, she indulges in his least favorite things, including blue cheese and reality TV
Kenny is a Californian in exile who hella misses the mild weather, available burritos, and people who say "hella" found in the the Bay Area. He's a former opera singer and loyal brother of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity. Kenny is a newly minted lawyer who balances out Grace's do-gooding with his willingness to sell-out to fund their common love of good food and well-crafted cocktails. He is a long-suffering Bay Area sports fan and supports the Oakland Athletics, the San Jose Earthquakes, and the California Golden Bears.
Kenny loves Grace for her dazzling smarts, delicious cooking, and overall good-personness. Every day, she inspires him to be the best version of himself. He's certain that she's the reason he's in law school. When Grace is out saving the world, and he has the house to himself, Kenny fills his time with playing X-Box and watching the Food Network
